The Kulpmont-Marion Heights Joint Municipal Authority will hold its Meetings for General Purposes for 2026 every Tuesday at 6:00 p.m. at the Kulpmont Municipal Building, 9 N. 8th Street, Kulpmont, PA.
The scheduled Regular Meetings of the Authority for 2026 will be held the Third Tuesday of each month at 6:00 p.m. at the Kulpmont Municipal Building, Kulpmont, PA. Dates of the Regular Meetings are as follows: February 17th, March 17th, April 21st, May 19th, June 16th, July 21st, August 18th, September 15th, October 20th, November 17th, and December 15th.
The Kulpmont-Marion Heights Joint Municipal Authority will hold its Reorganization Meeting with the Regular Meeting to follow at the Kulpmont Municipal Building, Kulpmont, PA on Tuesday, January 20, 2026 at 6:00 p.m.
The office hours are Monday-Friday 8am to 4pm.

Bills can be paid online using PayGov.us. A copy of the link is available on the Authority’s website. There are also drop boxes at each borough which is checked regularly.
- All bills are due and payable by the due date.
- Bills for sewer service shall be subject to a penalty of ten percent (10%) if not paid within the due date.
- Five days (5) after assessment of penalty, property shall be notified of shutoff via letter sent first class mail.
- Five days (5) after shutoff notice, (10 days after assessment of penalty), property shall be posted for shutoff. If the bill has not been paid in full after such times (40 days total), the property will be eligible for shutoff.
- A $25.00 administration fee shall be assessed in the event of a shutoff.
- A $30.00 posting fee shall be assessed in the event of the property be posted.
- A $50.00 shutoff fee shall be assessed in the event of a shutoff.
The municipal authority owes an obligation to those ratepayers that do pay on-time to efficiently and effectively collect from those who do not pay on-time.
